Ask the module creator for a version that does not have the font size hard-coded.

The modules is set using the font Trebuchet MS with the size set at 11

When a module is created using e-Sword Tooltip there are set of parameters that Tooltip uses and those parameters are set at the top of the module. One of the parameters allows a module creator to set the font for the entire module here is the parameter:

#define font=DEFAULT

By setting the parameter as DEFAULT this allows the module to appear in the default font selected by an individual in e-Sword.

In the case of the AUV module the module creator started the module with the Ariel font size 12 but then changed the font to Trebuchet MS size 11. Because of the font change the processing or creation of the module caused the default font parameter to be ignored and Trebuchet MS size 11 locked in as the default font.

The good news that there is an easy fix to this by using e-Sword Tooltip to change the font settings and then create a new version of the AUV module. By removing the font settings this will allow you to change the font and font size in E-Sword.

There is also a setting that includes the RTF header in a file.  This should be disabled.  Better still, going forward, Bible modules should be build using HTML instead of RTF.
