Unable to see in library Jonathon Edwards installs

Hi,

I recently installed all the Jonathon Edwards books   , which all had a .top extension.

But for some reason I can not see these books in the reference library, even after restarting e-sword.

Also I noticed that  all these files did not have the e-sword icon against them in C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword ! refer attached screen shot

ps. all these installs were successful, so I am a bit puzzled here ?

If you are using e-Sword 11 then it does not read .top files, it uses .topx files.

You can either look for the resource you need again making sure it has a .topx file extension or you can easily convert the ones you have installed via e-Sword. Simply go to your topic notes tab. Hold down the Ctrl key and right click your mouse in the topic notes window. Now from the resulting menu select open. Change the filter at bottom right to .top extension and hopefully you will see your files now (if you are in the e-Sword folder). Now select and open each file in turn and they will be converted and should show in the reference books.
