The Eth Cepher module is only available as an e-Sword module, as there is no version of e-Sword for Android, the module would have to be converted into a MySword module. I am not sure that the publisher of the Eth Cepher would welcome such a conversion

To download e-Sword for Android, Rick Meyers, the developer, provides access from the LINKS option to the various versions of e-Sword. From there you can access a webpage where he provides information about screen options and access to the Download option for e-Sword for Android. The HOME page is: https://www.e-sword.net/android/index.htm

The current versions of e-Sword that are available are listed here.   

And there is an official version of Cepher (a.k.a. Eth Cepher) that is downloadable from within e-Sword for Android (which is up to version 6.1 as of Dec 21, 2022).
