How to use images in HTML modules

Is there any way to use in the modules images that are embedded in the database?
I want to use the images that I embed inside the database, in a field type BLOB. It is similar to what can be done with mySword modules.

In the Database Scripture field where you see BLOB, indicates that the Field is secured and cannot be edited. See screenshot below.

Seriously going to have to create a newer and more current screenshot than that one. Its been a very long time ago that I used Windows XP. Unreal!!!
