Some of my Bible tabs (HSB2 for example) do not show up as options in either the parallel or compare Bible tabs. Any suggestions on how I can get HSB2 into parallel/compare tab??

Click options from the e-Sword menu to open the options menu and then from the options menu select Compare, this will open a small window with a list of your installed bible modules. Each module in the list has a check box to the left of it and there must be a check mark in the box for the bible to appear in the compare tab. 

As for the Parallel tab, the bible module must also be viewable in the regular bible window. Again from the options menu select the "Resources" option and a window with six smaller windows will open this is where you select which modules e-Sword will display. The six smaller windows each contain a check list of the different types of modules that are active in e-Sword. Make that the bible you want use in the Parallel is checked as being active.
