How to convert MySword to MyBible reference links

Hi guys, can you help me please?

I'm converting MySword to MyBible but MySword links are in this format:

<a class='bible' href='#b45.8.24'>Rm 8:24</a>

<a class='bible' href='#b52.1.2-52.1.5'>Tes </a>

And I want to convert it to MyBible format, example:

<a href='B:490 1:2'>Lucas 1:2</a>

How can I do this? Do you have some script to share? I know php and javascript, sqlite and I have Ubuntu and Windows 10.

I know this site, but it doesn't has algorithms, by the way, I just made a node.js script to convert them.
