Second module with the same abbreviation - Yes, that was exactly it.

I failed to delete the test module.

 

Thank you!  I new I was missing something basic.

Pity that e-Sword is not programmed to flag the issue. It would save so much time for all concerned in trying to figure what has happened.

Thankfully you had the nous to investigate it.
