The only way to convert a bbli module to bblx is to use e-Sword Tooltip NT, this is the module creation tool e-Sword modules.

However the conversion may not be easy depending on how the bbli module has been created as bbli modules are HTML based while bblx modules are rtf based. If the bbli module contains special features those features will not work in bblx format.

Also it is important to understand that not all modules can be accessed by e-Sword Tooltip NT for the purposes of editing or converting. Any module that is downloaded directly through e-Sword's built in downloader is an official licensed module and Tooltip NT cannot open licensed modules.

Here is the link to download e_Sword Tooltip NT:

Not only that, bbli files work in e-Sword for PC depending on the version. I think this requires e-Sword 11x in order for it to work. If the version of e-Sword is earlier than version 11.00 and above, then I recommend you update to the latest version (11.22)

Trust you will find this helpful.
