Posting to the Modules in Progress forum is voluntary. However, if you do share what module you're working on, please help us keep this section organized. None of these guidelines are aimed at anyone or at any previous problem (there have been no problems to date). Instead, it's just to prevent future issues from arising:
  • Post only one module per message (unless two or more are related). Two or more completely unrelated modules should not be in the same thread.
  • Only list modules in-progress. Please keep the list realistic--for (a hypothetical) example, if you're tempted to post 8 different modules in progress, are you really working on 8 modules simultaneously? I would suspect some of those modules are really a "wish list". And then the whole forum isn't functioning as designed because wish lists are being posted instead of actual on-going projects.
  • Update the status tag of your module post to show when it's been completed, if it's been delayed, or if you've decided to abandon the project.

Status tags let everyone instantly see whether a module is in-progress, delayed, abandoned, or complete, as shown below:

You can select the status of your module when you create a post. You can change the status of your module by editing your post (click the Use Full Editor button to change the status tag), as shown below:

Please remember to update your module to "COMPLETE" when you finish the module.

Let me know of any feedback you have on this idea.

Nice. May I leave my "visit DDT's "To The Work!!" post up, or would you prefer I take it down? (It isn't about one title; it's about several different modules that are in various stages of production.)

You can leave your post up. That way newer module makers are alerted to another site that also works on modules. I'd rather them have knowledge of what your working on that not have knowledge.
