ETCBC is freely available for non-commercial use.  It is FREE, but not cheap (a very rich database, indeed).  It is one of the best databases (if not the most comprehensive one) for Hebrew bible study in terms of linguistic features.  Accordance had recently released a module on ETCBC ( ... though not all ETCBC data is included ... ) with a pricey tag, i.e. US 99.90 ( https://www.accordan...s/?pid=MT-ETCBC ).  ... though according to license information on ETCBC database, non-commercial distribution is FREE.

I had used data available in version 4b of ETCBC data to created BHSE collection and shared here at biblesupport.com, which I found this collection was well received:

MySword: http://www.biblesupp...-etcbc-4b-hebr/

e-Sword collection: http://www.biblesupp...rew-bible-bhse/

As I knew version 4c is the final stable version, so I only include basic materials for the previous BHSE collection.  Many good features available in ETCBC database are missing in previous BHSE collection, though I made effort to make some enhancement on top of the data.  Now, version 4c is out.  I had created a collection of modules for use in MyBible app (I attached some screenshots here for your reference), based on the latest data.  I include some more linguistic data for this collection.  I would like to see if anyone is interested to have fit in MySword or e-Sword.  Please reply to this post so that I may know and see if it worth converting the material to MySword or e-Sword.

More about ETCBC:

For your information, below is description on modules I created for MyBible (FREE).  You are welcomed to send me message for the files.

ETCBC (version 4c)

Bible modules:
- ETCBC4c.SQLite3
- ETCBC4c-C.SQLite3 (incl. cluase analysis available in ETCBC database; full terms)
- ETCBC4c-C-lite.SQLite3 (incl. clause analysis available in ETCBC database; information abbreviated)
- ETCBC4c-X.SQLite3 (incl. phrase & clause analysis available in ETCBC database; full terms)
- ETCBC4c-X-lite.SQLite3 (incl. phrase & clause analysis available in ETCBC database; information abbreviated)

Hebrew Text in this collection:
The Hebrew text shown in SHEBANQ is taken from: Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia, edited by Karl Elliger and Wilhelm Rudolph, Fifth Revised Edition, edited by Adrian Schenker, © 1977 and 1997 Deutsche Bibelgesellschaft, Stuttgart.

Data on clause analysis:
(To access this feature, you must turn on the option of "explanaton" in bible window.)
- rough clause type
- clause type
- clause constituent relation
Please refere to https://etcbc.github...0_overview.html for full features.

Data on phrase analysis:
(To access this feature, you must turn on the option of "footnote" in bible window.)
- phrase type
- phrase atom relation
- determination
- phrase function
Please refere to https://etcbc.github...0_overview.html for full features.

Taggings:
All bible modules in this collection are tagged with the following features, to work with dictionary module, "ETCBC4c"
- ETCBC morphology (word & pronominal suffix)
- dedicated numbers for ETCBC lexemes
- dedicated numbers for ETCBC data on morpheme
- both ketiv and qere readings are reserved

Dictionary features (installed separately)

Features:
- idealized lexeme (linked)
- realized lexeme (linked)
- language, part-of-speech (word), lexical set & type of named entity
- English gloss
- analytical lexicon (all manuscript forms of the same lexical form; with full morphological information)
- ETCBC morphology (word & pronominal suffix)
- phrase-dependent part-of-speech in morphology
- data on morphemes (nominal ending, preformative, pronominal suffix, univalent final, verbal ending, root formation)
- materials on Strong's numbers dictionary (for lookup of ordinary Strong's numbers)
- work with Strong's no. replacement feature in MyBible (version 4.6+)

Notes on lexemes:
The values of vocalized lexeme look like the values of the g_lex_utf8 feature of word occurrences, but they are not the same. The vocalized lexeme is an idealized (aka paradigmatic), pointed representation of the lexeme, which may or may not occur in the text. The g_lex_utf8 is the realized lexeme in a concrete occurrence, of which it may be a part.

Notes on part-of-speech:
Users may find of part-of-speech information appeared in morphology different from part-of-speech information in lexical entry.  Part-of-speech information in morphology are phrase dependent part-of-speech.  You may read more below on "phrase dependent part-of-speech".

Notes on phrase dependent part-of-speech:
The part of speech that is assigned to a word based on its phrase context rather than on its lexical identity.

update: I had sent the materials to two module developers upon their requests.  One of them creates modules for theWord, another for Bible Analyzer.  It seems to me that e-Sword or MySword users are not quite interested in this collection.

New features added:

- added support for Strong's numbers lookup (... see screenshot "SECE_BDB" ...)

- added support for other dictionary lookup, e.g. TWOT, Gesenius ( ... see other screenshots ... )

The following dictionaries / lexicons had been tested with this collection:

ETCBC(4c) dataset, BDB (unabridged); BDB (abridged); HALOT; CHALOT; Gesenius, CDCH, and dictionaries with GK numbers.

Remarks: only non-copyrighted materials will be distributed with this collection, e.g. ETCBC(4c) dataset, SECE, BDB, Genenius, OSHL.

Please do not ask me for copyrighted materials.

Remarks on SECE:

SECE mentioned here is an enhanced version of SEC, which I put in my previous BHSE collection:

Hi, thanks for your interest.  up to now, only two MySword users expressed their interested in this new collection.  I am not going to convert the materials if there is no significant demands.  The set I formatted for MyBible is very good for use.  I had submitted those files to MyBible developers.  They are now finishing a forthcoming update of MyBible (version 4.6), which packs a lots of great features I never seen in mobile device.  If you are interested, you may read some of my description (... selective ... not comprehensive ...) at http://www.biblesupp...ge-5?hl=mybible

I will send a sharing link to you for downloading ETCBC collection for MyBible, once version 4.6 is released.

thanks for your interests.  ... if there is significant number of e-Sword users interested in it ... I "may" make one ... probably will if I finally need to use it in e-Sword ...

some examples:

- to search all words of קרא ONLY in verbal stem pual OR nif, use "word search" and type "L70027.verb.pual | L70027.verb.nif" and proceed the search.
- to search all words of קרא ONLY in all verbal stems EXCEPT qal, use "word search" and type "L70027.verb & ~ L70027.verb.qal" and proceed the search.
- to search all words of קרא ONLY in participle forms, use "word search" and type "L70027.verb.____.ptca" and proceed the search.
- to search all words of קרא ONLY in participle AND plural forms, use "word search" and type "L70027.verb.____.ptca.__._.pl" and proceed the search.

more information in module description (... I aware many typos there): https://1drv.ms/u/s!...le4ZII4ZdTJ28bA

some more screenshots attached here

I also aware Strong's numbers set for previous BHSE has some problems, a different and more reliable approach for mapping Strong's numbers implemented for this forthcoming collection.  ... will be the best Strong's numbers set for BHS text ...

Remarks:
- I aware there is a module of BHS with Strong's number at biblesupport.com, but many words are untagged in that file so that's not for serious use.
- there is also an online project for WLC with Strong's numbers (... open scriptures ... in github ...).  this one is based on WLC text , not perfect for mapping with BHS text ... it seems that the Strong's numbers set there is in the middle of ongoing corrections ... so data is not stable for mapping.
- Strong's numbers for previous BHSE was based on one of versions of open scripture project, but after that the oshb files had been updated once more, so the dataset in BHSE is old now.
