When I cut and paste Hebrew from Version 11 into MS Word XP or 2000 it will not copy neatly and messes up the sentence.  So I uninstalled and went back to 10 which I cut and paste Hebrew it is nice and neat.  Therefore version 11 is not compatible with earlier MS Word programs.  Should i e-mail Rick Meyers about this?

Hebrew does same thing with Word 2007 in Win7.  I already reported it to main site.Definitely ver. 11.

Hi Mike,

I just tested your problem on my Computer, and had no issue with copy and pasting Hebrew from e-Sword 11.06 to LibreOffice Writer.

At first there was a bit of a mess, but when I changed the font to TITUS Cyberbit Basic it came right.

Below is a Screenshot (which includes all three Monitors (which one of them is a 48" TV) and its on the monitor on the right) which will give you a better idea of that I'm prattling on about.

Blessings,

I agree with APsit190 (generally a good idea anyway since he is pretty savvy about such things)

In the past, when ever I have had problems with cut and paste (especially Hebrew), and it generally turned out that the font I had set up for Hebrew in e-Sword gave my word processor indigestion.

font is fine guys.  Works perfect in ver. 10 SBl/Ezra.  In ver 11 You have this extra indentation, which in turn messes up the sentence.  I tried installing this in vista LibreOffice Writer.  I will have to try LibreOffice Writer in  Win 7.

I'll be interested in the results of your test.

tried it in Open Off. 4 (win )7.  Ver 11 works better in OO than MS word but not same as ver 10.  In OO and MS word, ver. 11 inserts a paragraph mark at the end of the Hebrew word.  In OO you can delete to marker but its an extra step.  font is fine in both OO /word.  In MS word (2003-07) + Ver 11 forget it. you cannot get the Hebrew and English work together. Changing the font to TITUS Cyberbit Basic will not help either. This is using the update and old hebrew form e-sword site.  Saving the file as 2007 word format in MS word (2007) does not make a difference.
