I've been using eSword on my iPad for several years and have collected quite a few study notes and topic notes. Last year I dumped my PC and bought an iMac for desktop use and immediately purchased the eSword for iMac.

Does anyone know of a way to sync or even transfer notes from the iPad to the iMac? This would be a great feature as taking notes during church services, SS etc. on the iPad and making them available directly to my desktop would help tremendously in my personal studies.

Thanks for any help or advice.

Hi Chaz,

The one thing you don't have to worry about e-Sword HD, LT and e-Sword X resource files, are compatibility issues, because there are none. What works on e-Sword HT and LT, works on e-Sword X (that's the one for Mac PCs). So when it comes to syncing between devices is not an issue. If you use whatever cloud provider, then you can have all your resources load on all of Apple's devices, excluding iTunes.

Blessings,

Thank you Chaz,

I transferred my notes from Mac Book to iPad only to discover that it has wiped out all my topic and study note in the editor module of my iPad. Is there a way to recover the notes erased in iPad?

Thank you.

If you have a backup of all your files, yes. If not, you're dead.
