Hi Josh,

I'm having trouble signing into BibleSupport.com. For some reason my Firefox browser will not remember my name nor my password, although they are listed in the browser for this site. This issue just started this evening.

Quite a few people have complained about this.

IPBoard made that sign-in link a Javascript popup and for technical reasons, it can't talk back to the browser to tell it to remember the password. I've complained, others have complained, someone filed a bug report but the report was designated as not a bug. Maybe they will reverse course on this javascript sign-in popup.

In the mean time, just click login with no username or password. That will take you to the failed login screen. There you can enter your login information and Firefox will remember it. But the next time you login, you'll again have to get to that screen with a failed login. Or you can click "remember me" and it should remember you forever...

Tomorrow, I'll see if I can edit the login link and rather than show the javascript popup, instead take you to an html login page, which firefox would like.

This problem is now resolved. I changed the sign-in link to go to the HTML page instead of the javascript popup. You may need to hit refresh in your browser (preferably a hard refresh with Ctrl-F5), to totally reload this website in order to see this change. If you attempt to click the Sign-in link from a previously cached page on this website (a page you have viewed before), depending on your browser settings, you may have to refresh the page if you see the old, popup sign in form.
