I downloaded this utility and "ran" it. It works fine given I close it to run it again as an administrator. I noticed a difference between this and the Tab Renamer. The Tab Renamer actually installed and is on my list of programs. The Library Manager sits in a folder with a .dll file. When I want to use it, I have to run it. It works as is but I am wondering if this is the way it is supposed to be running. Thanks.

Yes, I am aware that the Library Manager can do what the Tab Renamer does and I don't need the latter anymore.

Hi
Yes, the version that you downloaded works this way.
For "Tab renamer" Josh created an installer for it, that's why you find it in the installed programs.

I'll do some fixes and ask Josh to make an installer for this too.
