Android? e-Sword runs on Windows PC's.

What Bible software are you using on Android? MySword? If so, you need to download the module for MySword, which is separate software from e-Sword.

The Thomas Coke MySword module: http://www.biblesupp...ysword-version/

The instructions for installing MySword modules are on the same page. I wish we had an automated way of installing MySword modules, like we do with installing e-Sword modules.

Thanks very much. I'll make every effort to follow the instructions. I had been searching for some instructions but without success. I'll copy the address from your post. I know this question is probably a bother but if I get it down, I'll be able to get more downloads. Thanks again for your time.

I just read your post more closely. I have mysword. There are too many swords. I hope that will not make a difference.

You're not a bother. And yes, I agree too many people trying to brand their software to the word "sword". Leads to confusion.

Did you extract the module on your android device or your computer?

If on your computer, you need to connect the android device to your computer via USB as a disk drive. You need to take the .cmt.mybible file and transfer it to your android device and paste it into the MySword/commentaries folder. Then exit out of and reopen MySword and the Coke commentary should appear in the list.

If you downloaded directly to your android device, cut and paste it from your downloads folder to the mysword/commentaries folder with some type of MySword file manager app. I use ES File Explorer. You can also use ES File Explorer ot extract zip files and then cut and paste the file where it needs to go.

Let me know if you need anymore assistance.

Blessings,
Peter

Ok, I give up. The file is in the commentary folder and is alphabetized but the program does not see it. It extracted as Coke, Thomas - Commentary on the Holy Bible.cmt.mybible. The program did not see it on the download page within the program. I changed the name to Coke.cmt.mybible. That was exactly similar to the way the other commentaries were designated. It made no difference. Any suggestions? If I didn't want the commentary so badly, I would have given up long ago. Does MySword have any modules that are not included.

Lucy,
The commentary will not appear on the downloads page in the program because it is not an official download.

It should appear in the list of commentaries when you press on the "C" button on the bottom and then hit the drop down menu at the top.

Sometimes you have to go to options/exit and exit out of MySword and reopen MySword to see the file.

I'm on an android tablet pc. I've rebooted a number ot times. The commentary is not included in the list on the download commentaries withing the program. It is simply invisible. I have copied and pasted to a number of folders, including the mysword. Nothing helps. Is this commentary available for download within mysword? Thanks again for your assistance.

Lucy,
None of the files from this site are available to download within MySword, but they should work. It is hard for me to understand the problem you are having. What other commentaries can you currently read within MySword?
