Hello,
The MySword migration tools did not handle the Hebrew charachters in the module. I have sent them the module and asked if there is anything to be done. I will let you know of the results.

Here is the answer I got.

Hi,

Currently our program does not support embedded font other than standard font. The fonts embedded are not unicode.

Regards,

Hi rickrick,

A couple of things.

You often have to exit MySword by going to menu/more/exit and then reopen MySword to see the new modules.

If they are book modules, they will be in the "J" or journal section of MySword.

If you are still having trouble, let me know.

Thanks,
Peter

Hi Peter

Thanks for replying back. They are not books, one is I believe a bible (KJVTVM%2ebbl.mybible) and the other is a dictionary (TVMstrongs%2edct.mybible). I looked in both bible bar and dictionary bar and even in the download modules. I downloaded it into a document folder on computer then pasted it into mysword folder in my phone. It does show up in the mysword folder when on computer, but I can't find it at all in the mysword app to use.

Hi rickrick,
You are 2nd person that has had this problem. The filename is somehow getting corrupted when you download the file. All you need to do to get the module to work is change the filenames to KJVTVM.bbl.mybible and TVMstrongs.dct.mybible.

The extensions for MySword files need to be (.bbl.mybible .cmt.mybible .dct.mybible .bok.mybible) Some charachters like and underscore will also cause issues. I am not sure about the % symbol, but I would remove that just in case.

Once you fix the filenames and you exit and reopen MySword the files should then work.

The other person who has this problem, has to fix the filename on every MySword module that he downloads from this site. I am not sure what is causing the filename to get corrupted on download.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Peter

I changed the file name and it still doesn't want to show itself in mysword.

rickrick,

I am out of ideas.

The Bible should show up as KJV+TVM within the MySword Bible view (not the downloads section) and the dictionary should show up as Strong+.

Did you exit out and reopen MySword after changing the file names?

If you still cannot see them, send me an email to pfpeller@yahoo.com and I will email you the files to see if this will help.

Peter
