I haven't been able to access biblesupport for several months

Yes it is intriguing. I checked in today. Couldn't get in with my Viasat connection. Switched to ATT DSL and got in. 

I'm just wondering if it was something wrong with my computer like my IP being blocked or has the site been down since March?

I have also experienced a problem to access BIBLESUPPORT.COM from the Firefox browser, and it just did not want to connect. I was able to get access from Microsoft Edge Browser. So I then tried to access with Firefox via another route - if you go to www.e-sword.net then from https://www.e-sword.net/ take the option to "LINKS" then select the option to BibleSupport.com from that page, and see if that works. This may be using a very different network path to access BIBLESUPPORT.COM. Try that method to access BIBLESUPPORT.COM Perhaps some of the networks in the USA are at times, on-and-off the air, especially as we know that there are international (and domestic) hackers who take down sections of the internet network at times. Some countries also limit access to specific internet supplier networks. Ever since former President of the USA Barack Obama allowed control of the internet to pass out of the hands of the USA, China has offered to take over the network for the whole world, just like they have installed Chinese trained soldiers to take over the security of the lines of passengers in the airports in Canada.

OK, This is narrowing down.

That said, and you can correct me if I am wrong. My guess (due to the fact that I don't really know) when using Viasat you use a satellite dish, and with ATT DSL, that is using cable or copper wire. And also at a guess, your internet speed is faster with Viasat.

Now that the guess work is over, my theory is that when trying to link using satellite, the e-Sword server is a bit out of range for it, or it might be the issue could lie with your location (where you are physically at.). That said, I really would like to see you testing it out on another brand PC, and see what the result is.

By the way, I finally upgraded my internet speed, and it is massively fast. Remember, I have Optic Fiber connection.

Speed Test done (using Ookla Speedtest) of which the results were:

• Download  speed - 914Mbps
• Upload speed - 514Mpbs (and that should have been 400Mbps).

No solution. I sent my PC to Dell for repairs and teh OS was reinstalled. I still cannot get here with a highspeed connection, but I can with DSL.

OK, I think (but could be wrong), that the issue could lie with your Modem-Router in that it may no-longer be compatible for the speed you are running at or want to run at.

Case-in-point, when I went from 200Mbps to 900Mbps I had to have a new modem-router to be able to handle that speed. That said, I don't know what broadband technology you are are using, whether its cable or fiber. I use fiber, have been using it for nearly 10 years.

Whatever the cause is to your problem, maybe you need to have a chat with your ISP, and see if they can help you resolve your problem.

Oh yeah, By the way, have you tested other PCs and/or Laptops to see if the problem exists with them? If not, give it a go and see if the problem still exists with them.
