Can you post a copy of the text you are working on that would help make things more clear

To All,

Going on from what I seem to be noticing by these error messages, is that as a result of the author's death, that T4 is no longer or cannot be any longer maintained due to the weird programming language used of which nobody else have used or uses. So T4 is now becoming more and more outdated as changes or newer versions of critical components/ controls are released and incorporated into e-Sword. Eventually T4 will become unusable due to it becoming incompatible to e-Sword.

There is no fix to the issues that one will encounter with T4, and as far as I can see, there is no alternative to this program on the horizon to be developed and will be comparable to  what T4 can do. And if this is really the case, about the only way one will be able to create new resources for e-Sword is going back to just using SQLite, SQLite Browser, or SQLite Studio, of which one will have to learn either or both HTML and/or RTF code. O what fun and joy that will be - not. Unless...

Blessings,

I appreciate that the User Guide is a little out-of-date, but the same principles are true in how to format your data.

See pages 58 and 59

Notice that you have hard returns after each line. This is wrong. You need soft returns except for the last one in each verse and the next verse mark-up.

Or remove all but the last hard return of each verse and make it one line.

Answered in chat, and work has resumed with correct formatting to build the module.

A Hard Return is when you hit the Enter key to start a new line or paragraph. A Soft Return is simply when the first line of text has reached the end, and then automatically starts a new line. This is best demonstrated in WordPerfect's Reveal Codes dialog showing these types of returns. See Screenshot below.

Trust you find this helpful
