Topic Notes

I am a new e-Sword user. I was using Topic Notes but rather than removing the notes by cutting and deleting, I noticed a RED negative sign that said something like "clear Topic Notes" so I cicked on it. Now, however, I am unable to paste anything into Topic Notes and all the icons in Topic Notes are basically turned OFF. Can anyone help?

Click on New Topic icon, which is two left of the the "RED negative sign". Enter your topic name...
