For some reason Microsoft 13 is blocking me from downloading Tool Tip.  If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know, or is somebody has a copy you can e-mail me a that file I would appreciate that.  E-mail address is billhuff2002@yahoo.com.

Maybe is it because it is an exe file and an antivirus program blocks it.

I just downloaded and packed it in a zip.

You need to turn off your anti-virus software in order to download Tooltip

Thanks for the input everyone.  Unfortunaty nothing suggested fixed my problem.  I can download other files and I turned of anti-virus software.  If anybody has the file on their computer please e-mail a copy to me at billhuff2002@yahoo.com.

Just as a matter of interest, what web browser are you using to download with?

I use Firefox, which I never had one bad download experience with, so might be an idea to have a switch from that Microsoft product you are using, whether Internet Explorer of Edge.
