Just put Thompson in the downloads search bar and press enter. This will list all things Thompson, which includes TCR.

I am trying to find out if e-Sword has the Thompson chain reference Bible as a down load?

There is no Thompson Chain Reference bible module, however there is a Thompson Chain Reference Dictionary module available here on bible support.

There is a Thompson Chain Reference (TCR).dctx around somewhere though it does not come up on this site from the search function.
