Adding audio to commentary

I have downloaded the Library Manager v1.5, but I do not see the Add Tab feature

 

Does any one know how to Add a New Tab to the "Commentary" Section of e-Sword V13 ?

There is no way to do that as each commentary you install adds it's own tab, you can rename and reorder tabs however
