Hello everyone. I really hope someone can help me with this. For some reason within my esword window (on my mac) if i have a any bible version, or any commentary, or any other screen open looking at content and I spend maybe 30 seconds without scrolling, when I do scroll the content goes away and I have to switch pages and go back for the content to reappear. The picture shows a commentary where this has happened. If I click the "chapter" button and then click back to the "verse" button the content will reappear but only for maybe another 30 seconds until I scroll again. Hopefully someone has some answers. thank you!

Best thing you can do is tell Rick Meyers, and see if he can give you a resolution.

Just as a matter of interest, is the problem you are experiencing either:

• Just happening on one particular resource?
• Or, happening on all your resources?
• Did the problem just occur or has it been happening for a period of time?

The more information you provide to the cause of the problem, the better are the chances of a fix being found.

By the way, it looks like you may have a memory problem (not enough RAM) or there is a lag of data being processed from the CPU, or that, if you are using Laptop, the power maybe low. These are just guesses on my part.
