I am unable to install " eSword ToolTip NT 2020.04.11" onto Windows 10 due to this error message:

I know the ToolTip works on Win10 as I have used it in the past.

Any help would be appreciated.

run the installer as administrator. Right click on the .exe file and select that option from the menu.

I tried that but same result.

On the page were Tooltip is downloaded try downloading one of the two slightly older versions, one is from October 2019 and the other from August 2019. ToolTip Tool NT 2020.04.11 is the newest version and it sound like there might be a bug in the installer.

looks like you both will be limited to the old version.

Try as above.

Today I reinstalled Windows 10 because I got a few bad updates from Microsoft.

I was using Win10 version 2004.

Now I'm using Win10 version 1909.

I tried the ToolTip 2020.04.11 (admin) again and the same error message occurred.

But at least the October 2019 is working for me.

Perhaps there is some security software blocking this? because it is an unknown or little downloaded file. I know this happens in Chrome.

Yes Chrome does block the download but I was able to allow it.

Windows does block the file and I have to allow it there too.

I disabled both my antivirus programs (Defender & Malwarebytes) before running the installation.
