There is a public domain text I can make it for you. You can tell me if it meets your requirements and then we can upload it to the downloads section proper.

You will need to unzip this file and copy it to your e-Sword folder. The tab name is "Pinadayag"

Could someone make the module for the Moffat Bible, please? I had the New Testament Moffat version, but it mysteriously disappeared from my installs. I did not use it much, because I could use it more for the Old Testament.

Also I noticed the German Schlachter Bible 2000 is supposed to be available, but I could not find it on the Swiss Bible Society website and there is no mention that I could find on esword either. How can I get it? I translate from English to German and often have to insert scriptures. The editors always have to update the scriptures I have, into something more recently translated. Living in Canada I have no access to German bibles.

Thanks,

Annette

The Moffat bible module is available here on biblesupport at this link:

http://www.biblesupp...offatt-nt-1913/

The German Schlachter Bible 2000 is a premium module for e-sword that must be purchased you can find it using e-Sword's built in downloader by clicking Download from the e-Sword menu followed by Bibles from the Download drop down menu. When you click Bibles from the download drop down menu, the built in installer window will open. The bible modules are listed alphabetically by language. The German Schlachter Bible 2000 is listed under "German"

Yes, that is where I found out that the Schlachter 2000 bible is available, but I do not know where or how to pay for it so I can download it. When I click the link for download, only the popup to verify and validate the purchase comes up. It cannot be downloaded from the link.

I just clicked it again and it went into download. Sorry, I tried several times without luck. Finally! But I still don't know how to pay for it.

Thanks,

Annette

The full Moffat Bible is under copyright which means the copyright holder would have to give permission to have a module made. The NT only version is the public domain which is why there is module for that version

I have asked Rick Meyers for clarification on this one.

Will post his reply here, then there won't be any need for speculation.

Reply from Rick

Jon,

The GSB2000 is not available for e-Sword from anywhere.  The publisher rescinded permission many years ago.

In His service,

Rick Meyers
