I'm new to the user group, so forgive me if this question has been asked and answered a million times in a million places... Is it possible to import bibles, commentaries, dictionaries, etc. into e-Sword and use them alongside modules, one has purchased from e-Sword?

No, e-Sword works with a SQL database.

There are 2 kind of PDF's

Those that are easy to convert in HTM and those that are photo based.

For the photo based not you a good scanner for the letters. except if it is for a map that you can convert into a JPG.

Module creators using mostly e-Sword tooltip NT:

You can import good PDF's here if there is no trouble with copyright and if it is useful.

Maybe is the PDF already there.

May I ask what kind of PDF you want to import?

The PDF that I want to import is digital version of the Moody Bible Commentary.

The best method of creating this for e-Sword is to convert or export the PDF file to a MS Word file, or an HTML file. Then from there import either the Word file or the HTML file into Tooltip Tool NT. By using this kind of method, any graphics (images) in the document are preserved.

Click here for information of how to go about doing it.

Trust you find this helpful.
