A few short months ago I created a video in response to a query relating on how to convert the old e-Sword 8x Topic note files so that they could be used in the current version of e-Sword. At that time I didn't have any old top files to show how that is done, but rather just went through the process of how to do it.

Well, earlier today I download a couple of e-Sword 8x topic note files, and as such these had to be converted in order that they could be used in the current version of e-Sword, and the method I used was within e-Sword. So, with that, I created a video (Screen Recorded) the whole process starting at the installation of the files, and then opening/converting them in e-Sword.

So, sit back with a up of coffee, or a cup of tea, put up your feet and relax as you watch the video.

Good Job & thank you!  I think a little of ot might have soaked in? :)    Seems I' topx d blundered around and renamed some old top files to topx in the past - Blundered is likely an apt description..  I'm encouraged to look into the thing further. may have some old top's  still hanging around.

Seems it went 'right over my head..& frankly after being on-site for a while confidence OR carelessness has built up ; still there is always a preference not to use the 'exe module installs & I've removed tseveral from windows, settings, programs, uninstall.  which brings me to the question [/ and I probably speak out of time in stating it, where the heck do the exe files come from?    I don't ask for the answer- it can go on my list of things to search out, at a low priority right now and not really legal to ask without putting forth at least a little effot first...

Anyhow- however you say it there

Best regards & thanks.
