I can view a user's profile and then click on Files to see the last 10 submissions. How can I see more files by the user?

I assume you a referring to there modules uploads
on there profile page on right side FIND CONTENT button then select eSword downloads there should be the full list of there uploads

David Saw's method is the easiest.
You can also click the search wheel to the right of the search box in the upper right corner. And you can search the blogs, forums, downloads, etc. by contributor along with other information to further narrow the results.
If you wanted a link to all a user's uploads, you can use this (replace the name at the end with the correct name):

Or you can just click on one of their modules, then click "View other files by this members" on the right side of the screen.
