Lange's Commentary for e-Sword

After consulting with a few other people, it's clear to me that most e-Sword users will not derive a lot of value from Lange's.
The material was written to a Bible academic / scholarly audience back in the 1800s and then it was translated. By today's standards, this text is difficult for many to understand because (most of) our education level and academic understanding is just not equal to the audience Lange originally wrote for. I speak for myself here--I find this text difficult to comprehend on the first read.
Further, this is not a Beliver's Bible Commentary-type-of-resource where you click a verse, and in 30 seconds, you have the author's complete opinion. Indeed, Langes commentary is a mixture of verse-by-verse and long expository comments.
Because of the long comments, I see no way to divide the this text into a true verse-by-verse commentary, without moving the expository types of comments into the Chapter comment area--but then you've distorted the author's meaning by re-ordering sections and because most people will never see those chapter comments. Plus, if you removed the expository comments, many verses would effectively not have a comment. I don't see this as an option.
If you've read this far, your thinking I'm getting ready to kill this project (if you haven't read this far, then you have no business reading Lange's because he's way more verbose than I am!). To the contrary, I'm considering moving forward with the project. One reason is material from this website is frequently converted to other Bible software formats. So I'm encouraged it could be used. But I'd like to have your feedback.
You can read Lange's comments on Genesis 2 here: http://biblecommenta...lange/gen/2.htm
The formatting is not very good. It's all run together. Would we all agree: this text, as it sits on that website, is not very usable? It's not very readable?
Attached to this post is a test e-Sword commentary for Genesis 2 (see verses Gen 2:1-3 and Gen 2:4-25). All the formatting changes were made with a macro and took just a few seconds. It's not perfect--it's just it's a proof of concept. (i.e. one of the tables isn't well formatted, etc.)
My question: is this worth doing for e-Sword and does it stand a chance of really being used? Think of that as you look through this test commentary on Genesis 2. Compare the test e-Sword commentary for Gen 2 with the website above.
The rule of thumb here is: If I can make formatting changes with some code, then we can do it. But if it requires a lot of time per chapter to make Lange's usable, then Lange isn't doable because a lot of time per chapter times all the chapters = years of man hours.

Honestly, I don't think it is worth making a commentary unless:
1. I personally would use it
2. I think others would use it
3. It has something worthwhile to offer
4. It is at least somewhat useable.
Number three trumps them all, and (at least in my opinion) is what makes #1 and #2 happen. If it has something good to offer, and you can convince people of that, they will dig through a lot of text. Unless you can convince someone it is worth taking the time to read, there's no reason to make the module.
