What does the marker "broken" suggest, please? 

The comment on this website was "This file has been reported as broken because: Material is taken from http://bible.ort.org/" That is a broken link, which no longer exists. As such, this "broken" link could be removed. 

As last updated June 17, 2011, there is one download file [1] Old Testament People, Places, Plants and Animals.dctx.exe 424.62K
This is installed with a Wizard into the e-Sword Resources Location, such as C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword.

When Installing, the Wizard asks you to select the Language, between English, and Euskara. Euskara is a Basque language used in South Western Europe. 

 

The Tab in the Dictionaries view is OTPPA People, Places, Plants, and Animals.
This entry could be provided with a resource name Old Testament People Places, Plants, and Animals
The entry appears in the Options, Resource Settings, Dictionaries, as People, Places, Plants, and Animals [Old Testament People Places, Plants, and Animals.dctx]
