After downloading, view the file Properties. If you see a security "Block" applied by your PC Security to a file received from another PC, select the "security" option to "Unblock" the file, select "apply" and "OK". Then use the appropriate option applicable on your device to copy this into the folder where your device reads e-Sword files.
The Bible tab is TO The Targum of Onkelos.
To read this, select "Bible" and select one of the first five books of the Bible, which comprise the Torah. The text is displayed in Aramaic/Hebrew.
