e-Sword Version:
9.x - 10.x

Tab Name:

The King James Bible has stood its ground for nearly 400 years. However, during that time the English language has changed. With it has changed the meaning of some words used in the KJV. Here are over 800 words whose definitions have changed since 1611.

There is both a .dctx (PC) and a .dcti (Apple) version available for download.

2 FILES FAILED, DIFFERENT PUBLISHERS. SORRY FOR INCORRECT REVIEW. PROBLEM ON USER (MY END) - COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO CLEAR/DELETE ORIGINAL REVIEW (WJT)

I noticed the same issue as William above. Not sure how to install this correctly.

How to install this module depends on what platform or OS you are using. But regardless of OS, you must first unzip the downloaded file (if your browser hasn't done that for you already). You should be left with a file ending with either .dctx or .dcti. Also, you should know that the MacOS and iOS versions of e-Sword require a .dcti file, while the Windows version (starting with e-Sword 11) can use either file.

In Windows, you must move the unzipped file to the folder where e-Sword is installed, which is usually in either C:\Program Files\e-Sword or C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword. The next time you start e-Sword, your module will show up among your already installed resources.

In MacOS, the process is easy: just double-click the unzipped file and it will automatically open in e-Sword and will be available among your already installed resources.

In iOS, if you open the unzipped file, it will automatically open in e-Sword and will show up among your already installed resources.

I hope all of this info was able to solve your issue.

Placing the file in the location you provided fixed the issue. Thanks.
