I just ran Avast Internet Security and Spybot Search and Destroy on the file. The result was clean. The file is clean as far as I'm concerned. False positives are not uncommon. Your solution is simple:  if you're worried about the file, delete it and forget it. You might also want to scan it with a different program to see if you get the same results.

Philippians 4:6-7 (KJV)
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

It is 7:22pm July 18, 2017. I just clicked on RNKJV module and saved it. Before anything else, I went to my Downloads section and left clicked the RNKJV listed there that is not installed as yet. When I left clicked it, a pop-up displayed where I pointed my pointer to SuperAntimalware and another small pop up appeared where it says Scan selected files. And, clicked on it. When it scanned the file, it immediately displayed the Backdoor.IRC,Bot/Variant.  Now, I am asking you to do what I did and tell me that it's an OK module!  I contacted the SuperAntiSpyware company telling them, about the continuing false positives this module alerts it to or? I am waiting for a response. I would really like to have this module but am not that positive it is not actually infected. It may seem I'm going to a lot of trouble over this, but I've had a Trojan before and had to do a complete OS recovery. I do believe Josh and the man from the long white clouds which I think may be New Zealand and appreciate your input. I'm just trying to be sure. I will let you know what the Superantispyware folks have to say about the false positive soon, I hope.

I have this module installed in my copy of E-Sword and Norton Security declared it safe. are you checking the self installing exe file or the module bblx file? Norton Security scan of the bblx file says "No threats Found". If you want a copy of the bblx file just let me know

I have also downloaded and scanned the self installing exe file for this module with Norton Security and the scan came back "No Threats Found"

Greetings everyone. I have actually and surprisingly just been contacted by the folks at SuperAntiSpyware and they have informed me that the problem that I have had with the RNKJV,EXE module being infected with or showing a Trojan backdoor  is a glitch in their anti-malware program and is being taken care of with a definition adjustment. I am appreciative that my concerns have now been alleviated and do thank everyone who thought me to be foolish for being concerned about this. It was alerting me that a Backdoor Trojan was present and I responded accordingly.

Oh no, I don't think anyone here thought you were foolish or doubted what you said. I certainly did not. I believe any user 100% when they say their anti-virus/spyware/adware program claims an exe is harmful.

The problem isn't you, the user. It's the over aggressive anti-virus/spyware/adware programs that label a file as bad solely because the program doesn't see that file very often. Interestingly, in the name of anti-spyware, they track what software and files are encountered on their users' computers. If a file doesn't appear very often, that alone can redflag the file. SuperAntiSpyware is one of the repeat offenders and there's another brand that's just as bad.
