Is anyone familiar with the Logos Software Bible Word Search? It has the ability to do a vertical word study that shows how a particular Greek word (e.g. kosmeo) has been translated in a particular translation (e.g. NASB+) and then graphically show the distribution of the occurrences of each translated word(s). I have attached a picture of the pie chart. Is there any way (or a utility) to perform the same analysis in e-sword? The graphing is not critical but the data is very helpful. Thanks.

If I am understanding you question, what you are looking for is a Concordance for the translation.
Using Kosmos since you chose that word, if you want to know how many times the Greek word was used consulting the KJV Concordance yields the fact that KOSMOS was used 188 times in the KJV, all but three times it was translated as world, Twice as adorning, (both in 1st Peter 3:3 and once as world’s in 1st John 3:17. Since the concordance reference is tied to the Strong's number, other words that were also translated world are disregarded. It the translation has embedded Strong's numbers you can do a search for that specific number as well and see the verses listed in full.

Hi Tim,
Thank you for your response. I am already familiar with the Greek search (by selecting the Strong number) in e-sword. My particular example was kosmeo (G2885 κοσμέω to put in proper order, that is, decorate (literally or figuratively); specifically to snuff (a wick): - adorn, garnish, trim.). I think you get the essence of the capability that I am looking for. Some may call this the "semantic range" of a word in a particular translation. However, I was looking to automate the process. How did you know that G2889 was twice translated as "adorn"? I assume you had to look through the list of verses in the Search results window and count them for each "world", "adorn", "world's".
In other words, I am looking for the summary such as in the case of G2889 the output would look like:
G2889 was translated 188 times in KJV with the occurrences distributed as:
world (185)
adorn (2)
world's (1)
In my example of G2885, the output would look like:
G2885 was translated 10 times in KJV with the occurrences distributed as:
As you can see, the task of manual counting can be pretty time consuming depending on the semantic range of the word. Logos automates the results. Actually, Logos can do this across multiple translation simultaneously. However, just one would be fine with me.
If anyone knows how to automate this, I would love to hear from you.

The NASC (New American Standard® Updated Edition Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible
with Hebrew-Aramaic and Greek Dictionaries Copyright © 1981, 1998) yields the following for you example
G2885
κοσμέω
kosmeō; from G2889; to order, arrange: - adorn (4), adorned (3), put in order (2), trimmed (1).
and for the example I used.
G2889
κόσμος
kosmos; a prim. word; order, the world: - adornment (1), world (184), world’s (1).
The KJV Concordance example I used gave book, chapter verse numbers, but the counts were also given so physical counting verses wasn't required.

Hi Tim,
Thanks. I think this gets me most of what I am looking for. I never thought to look at the translation concordance.

For more of an analytical methodological result of Greek (or even Hebrew) word usage, e-Sword does not give that type of data/information as shown in your example. e-Sword has never been designed to give that type of complex analytical information, of that which is seen in Libronix (and other similar Bible Software). And (from what I can see) neither have there been any tools (software/programs) developed to give that kind of information to e-Sword.
e-Sword has been deliberately designed primarily as a Bible Study tool for young/new Christians, and also for Christians who are not so computer savy. The way Rick Meyers designed this program has been deliberately done in order to keep it as simple as possible, and to have the least learning curve for anyone who uses this program. When one looks at e-Sword from this perspective will understand why this program has outstripped all other Bible Study software in regard to the number of people who use it.
Libronix is a totally different kettle of fish from e-Sword, and the two are not in that same category of Bible Software, and this is deliberate. Libronix has been specifically designed for academic and professional Pastor users, as where e-Sword hasn't. And it for that reason why Libronix gives their users that kind of data they need.
Having said that, I think, when trying to look at it from your perspective, you continue to use Libronix for the kind of data analysis you need, and then port it over (as in copy and paste) to e-Sword. That way, I reckon you get the best of both worlds.
Blessings,
