I have searched around but I have not found out how to convert ESword module to Mysword?

Does anyone have experience with this?    If so it would be great if someone can convert one Bible file from esword to mysword because I have zero technical experience with anything like this.

Thanks

Before we can help you more must we know what kind of file you want to convert.

Bible? Commentary? Dictionary?

What language? English is no problem but for languages with another alphabet do you need to save the file as UTF-8

Hi Tami,

Exactly which Bible module for MySword are you wanting to use in e-Sword? For the most part, almost all mySword files start their lives as e-Sword modules (note: I did say almost all :) )

Just curious. It may already exist but be under a sightly different name (or maybe older, etc...)

Hi Tamara,

You can't. However, in respect to what Roy posted I agree with him that, most, if not all resources have had their beginnings as e-Sword resources, and therefore you should not have any difficulty of having those resources for e-Sword. Also its important to note when a new resources for e-Sword comes up, it usually is quickly converted to MySword.

I trust this information is helpful to you.

Blessings,

I'm looking for the TR with TVM and the Robinson's Morphological Codes - like the one for e-Sword. Does that exist anywhere?

This module is based on the TR1550 of Stephanus

hope the mod won't mind me answering this in afrikaans.

Maklikste sal wees om simple bible reader/converter dit af te laai by churchsw.org. Dan die afrikaanse module oop te maak in die sagtware, dan dit te stoor as 'n mysword module.

@patchworkid: only the 1933/53 version is seen as authorized by most churches here, and the 1983 version by some churches.

Edit: just had a more thorough look at your link, and that is for the UI not an module. There is no free afrikaans module that I can see on their website, since there is no freely available translation in public domain at the moment.
