Blessings!

I´downloaded Glover´s The Jesus of History many times, and I install it, but I can´t find it when I open e-sword. Does anybody know what I may be doing uncorrectly?

Thanks for any help!

It could be under References. Click on Tools > Reference Library to see if it's listed there. It doesn't sound like a commentary or dictionary so I would check there.

You really need to provide more information if you want more than a wild guess. Example: type of device (Windows, Mac, Linux), type of file you downloaded. Where did you look for the file in e-Sword? What version of e-Sword are you using? Did you get any error messages when you attempted to install the file?

Hallo, Journey and P.R.E.Z.

I searched Glover in References and I find it not there.

i´m using a Hewlett Packerd all-in-one, 2 years old, with windows 7, s-sword version 10-1-0, and I got no error message.

All the downloads (and I lots of them) function OK.

blessings -and don´t loose much of your time with my problem -if there is a solution, wonderfull; if not, I´ve got plenty of resources to enjoy!!!

hi

just a few options.

Down load the module

copy it to My Documents -> e-Sword folder

and C:Program files -> e-Sword folder (the location where you have e-Sword for wind 7)

start up e-Sword

go to Editors -> Topic.  look for the module

or Reference Library.  Look for the module

if all else falls down load tool Tip Tool Nt

open it up.  click on Modules -> Topic -> Read Topic

to see the RTF to edit. or look at it.

Thanks

Johanseb....

I believe there is an E-sword version of Glovers book...AND....a My Sword version as well. Be sure you've downloaded the E-sword version and NOT the My Sword version.

Here's the e-Sword version of the file, and you do have to download the right version:

Hee! Thanks dartmaster & journey & patchworkid: still, nothing happens! I can´t find it. I am downloading the new ToolTip, and will try to find a solution there, as pathworkid says.

I´ve found Glover both in Project Gutenberg & Archive.net; if  can find no other solution, that will do!

Again, thanks & blessings!

I downloaded the file and installed it just to make sure there isn't some sort of problem with the file. It installed perfectly and is available in the reference library. The "reference library" icon is the last one to the right on the main menu of e-Sword. A window comes up with your reference library. Click the top center bar in the reference library to show the files you have installed. Scroll down to Glover and click the file. I hope this helps. By the way, I did install the file as the administrator to avoid permissions problems.
