When the updated modules are installed, why am I not showing them to be updated in the date modified column in Windows Explorer? Most do but a lot of them do not and even show earlier dates.
Possibly because the resource you thought was updated maybe wasn't really updated--maybe the file description changed, picture changed, etc. Files appear in the "Updated List" when any part of the file listing changes. There's only so many people who have the ability to update a file. Most, if not all, include a description of what changed inside the module so others whether something substantive changed in the module.
