Is it possible for someone who knows how to create modules to create a module of Donald Grey Barnhouse's commentary on Romans? This is such a good commentary and would be a tremendous addition to our libraries.

Threre may or may not be a copyright issue involved as the commentary in question was republished in 2013.

In order to create a module the text of the commentary needs to be available a copy of the text in either online, in pdf form or in MS-Word form

@ nawdew

But before you do anything ........ Get permission from the Copyright holders, or else you're going to get into more trouble that you can handle.

That said, If (and I really, really, really, really mean and really, really, really, really stress if) what you want to do is for personal use (which means you can't see or give away copies, and neither distribute) only for yourself then you don't need to get permission. However, just to keep your backside protected, get permission. Best thing you can ever do. Bottom line, you wont get into trouble.

Blessings,

"republished in 2013" is meaningless unless it was significantly revised which is doubtful.  find the copyright note when published, if pre-1928 (29) then PD.  If not, then contact publisher Get permission from the Copyright holders,
