Option [1] is for the Windows PC only.
Option [2] can be used on all versions of e-Sword, including e-Sword X for Mac, e-Sword for iPhone, e-Sword for iPad, and e-Sword for Android. Also applicable for e-Sword for Windows PC after e-Sword version 11 and later.
After downloading, view the file Properties. If you see a security "Block" applied by your PC Security to a file received from another PC, select the "security" option to "Unblock" the file, select "apply" and "OK". Then use the appropriate option applicable on your device to copy this into the folder where your device reads e-Sword files.

To read this, select "Bible" and select one of the first five books of the Bible, which comprise the Torah.
Targum Onkelos is the primary Jewish Aramaic targum ("translation") of the Torah, the five books of Moses, almost entirely a word-by-word, literal translation of the Hebrew Masoretic Text, with very little supplemental material in the form of aggadic paraphrase. It is accepted as an authoritative translated text of the Five Books of Moses and is thought to have been written in the early second century CE.
The translator is unique in that he avoids any type of personification, or corporeality, with God, often replacing "human-like" characteristics representing God in the original Hebrew with words that convey a more remote and impersonal sense. For example, "my face" (Hebrew panai) is replaced by "from before me" (Exodus 33:23),

while "beneath his feet" is replaced by "under his throne of glory" (Exodus 24:10), and "The Lord came down upon Mount Sinai" by "The Lord manifested himself upon Mount Sinai" (Exodus 19:20).

Wikipedia provides a list of some of the more notable changes made by Onkelos, in which he attempts to convey the underlying meaning of the Hebrew in a verse, especially of idioms, rather than its literal translation.
