The vowel points are not spaced to fall under the correct Hebrew letter. Is there a way to correct this?
I don't seem to have this problem in my copy of the BHS. As to how old the copy on here is, I don't know, however the copy I have comes from the days of e-Sword 6x which I converted in the days of e-Sword 9x. So, I think this might be because the one I converted was probably a well done error free (or error free and well done) job.

It could be the font you are using for Hebrew in OPTIONS, FONTS I use Ezra sil sr
