"Dogmatic Theology is a classic," writes Gomes. "It is a profound work that sets forth the deepest themes of religion with a grandeur and majesty of expression that has rarely been equaled and that never will outdated." Gomes considers Dogmatic Theology "one of the finest theological systems ever produced." Shedd's discussion of some topics is, writes Gomes, "unequaled by anything produced by modern evangelicals." Shedd wrote Dogmatic Theology with the prayer that it would help "to strengthen the believer's confidence in (divine) revelation and to incline the unbeliever to exercise faith in it."

For some reason, I'm unable to run this program/module as it will not load on my installed e-sword.
In fact I've had problems with Dr. Dave's Modules before, and I'm not sure why.

Shedd is solid, profoundly biblical and never boring. This work has been one of my favorites for over 50 years of ministry.
Wow, that is one long time in ministry. The one thing you do is make the coinage, "You don't retire in the Kingdom of God, You refire!
With that said, I have to entirely agree with you on this work. And another way you can put it, its straight as a die.
