#29879 Gathering Interest - Hebrew Bible - ETCBC (4c) - interlinear, morphology, lin...

Posted by Carlton Meredith on 23 January 2017 - 05:36 AM in Module Requests

Thank you for your detailed response and detailed examples, Eliran!

I have to say that I'm enthusiastic about your efforts in preparing this module for e-Sword.

It would be very, very helpful to be able to do the kind of detailed searches that you describe in your examples without having to go outside e-Sword.

The possibility of greater precision for searching and studying the Hebrew text within e-Sword itself is really exciting.

It would be helpful in personal Bible reading and study, and also in pastoral work and ministry as well (preparing sermons and Bible studies, etc.).  And it would be helpful to students and teachers in an academic setting.

Keep up the good work; this module has the potential of being a real help to many serious e-Sword users in the future.

My prayer is with you in this effort, just as I do also thank the Lord for all those who have given so generously of their time, energy and resources to make e-Sword available, and this website, with its many, many useful tools, modules and PDFs, for free.

Thanks again, and blessings and Godspeed,

In the Savior,

Carlton Meredith

#28160 Features I would like to see in the new e-Sword

Posted by Carlton Meredith on 10 July 2016 - 12:00 PM in e-Sword Questions & Answers

I would very much enjoy using a low-light Night Editor (darkened screen) in e-Sword on my iPad..

This would ideally include not just a low-light typing space for my notes, that I can use off-line, but also a darkened version of the iPad on-screen keyboard.

The Bible app for iPad from YouVersion (LifeChurch) provides an excellent model or example of what I am talking about.

Blessings, and thanks for your good work!
