(Isaiah 11:3)  And He will delightH7381a in the fearH3374 of the LORDH3068, And He will not judgeH8199 by whatH4758 His eyesH5869 R1seeH4758, NorH3808 makeH3198 a decisionH3198 by whatH4926 His earsH241 hearH4926;

The NASB module comes with its own Strong's which must be set up as the active  Strong's tool tip ij the options setting to handle references such as H7381a since the a is unique to their Strong's referencing system.

However the  New American Standard Exhaustive Concordance

New American Standard® Updated Edition Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible with Hebrew-Aramaic and Greek Dictionaries

which comes with the NASB you can see how it is defined

H7381a
רִיחַ
riach (926b); denom. vb. from H7381b; to smell, perceive odor: — accept (1), delight (2), scents (1), smell (3), smelled (2), touches (1), use as perfume (1).

#36407 Strong's Exaustive Concordance for eSword

Posted by Tim Butterfield on 18 August 2019 - 05:26 PM in e-Sword Questions & Answers

Strong's Hebrew and Greek Dictionaries
Dictionaries of Hebrew and Greek Words taken from Strong's Exhaustive Concordance by James Strong, S.T.D., LL.D.
Published in 1890; public domain.

I think this might be the Strong's that comes with the e-Sword install.

The tab just reads Strong's.
