Apologies again for not checking in as often as I should.  I am currently using CrossOver 21.  The process for installing resources into e-Sword now is very different from what it was for CrossOver 14, so I have updated the instructions at the beginning of this post.  If anyone is using an older version of CrossOver and you wish I had not brought the instructions up to date, my advice is use the Wayback Machine, search for www.biblesupport.com/topic/991-e-sword-resource-installation-via-crossover-linux, and look for a screen shot from 2015.  That will yield the older instructions for you.
