I would like to copy either single of multiple verses in the format below and am wondering if it's possible to format in esword. The major formatting include brackets around the verse (Which I can do using the first copy preset), but then to add a colon and also putting double quotes around the verse text. See example below.
Example of 1 verse:
(John 1:1 NKJV): "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."Example of 2 or more:(John 1:1-2 NKJV): "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (2) He was in the beginning with God."
Currently I am manually putting them in, but it would be a real time saver to have esword do it for me using a preset. For 1 verse copy I use the first copy option and for multiple verses I use number 6. Also noticed, esword puts brackets in only on the first option but not the 6th which I use for 2 or more verses.
Can I update these to include more of my own preferences?
Thanks in Advance!
YES you can do that
1. Highlight and right click the verse or right click the reference in the bible window
2. choose "copy verses" (not copy)
3. in the copy verses window make sure that "include translation name" is checked
4. then select number 4 or 6 on format
and that should give you what you have shown in example 1
from your post I read you already know how to do multiple verses did you know that in the bible window if you highlight multiple verse it will translates to the copy verses
for this to be example 2 in your post you need to set format in the copy verses window to number 6
I just checked and you can just leave format on 6 for both single and multiple verses

The first stage of KJV-TR+ Englishman’s concordance plus KJV-TR+EC+ is complete but as a whole it is still a work in progress
This is an Englishman’s Concordance of the KJV+ and the (TRa), if using any other modules the locations should match
but the Greek and English will vary
As a rule, reference entries where the strongs # is in parentithies (G### ) in KJV+. will be one of the following.
1. the word will be in ( ) in the main section,
2. will be moved to the “Not in the KJV+” section
3. not shown at all
(Not in) means that reference was not found in the KJV+ or The Greek (TRa) under that specific strong’s number but maybe under another strong's number********************************************************************************

I tried ms word pdf to doc, Adobe export to doc, adobe output to jpg and then ocr to doc, and omnipAge OCR jpg to doc. Is there something I need to add or do different?
is the PDF you are starting with image or text if you are using omnipage pro I assume its image OCR is not even close to perfect and less so with Greek. The Hebrew never did work right so i replaced with strongs number what I had to do is proof the resulting text with the un-OCR'ed PDF manually fix the English and then manually enter the Greek
