This is the complete, 1769 King James Version (Authorized Version) of the Bible with the Apocrypha.

While their place in the canon is disputed, apocrypha resources are beneficial when an author refers to them or for original language study.

e-Sword shows the apocrypha books in blue in the Scripture Navigation Tree (Bible Books window). In addition, the following texts and their placement are:
  • Susanna is Daniel chapter 13.
  • Bel and the Dragon is Daniel chapter 14.
  • Additions to the Book of Esther are found at the end of Esther 10:3 in blue text.
  • Prayer of Azariah is between Daniel 3:23 and Daniel 3:24 in blue text.
  • Letter of Jeremiah is found in Baruch chapter 6
Previous versions of this module had missing, misplaced, and inaccurate information in the Apocrypha sections.

The KJVA won't run in the parallel window
with more than two verses. The other
Bibles work fine.

I cant seem to find the download link or the module or whatever for all of the apocrypha books of the Bible Like Jasher, 1 and 2 macabees, susanna, 1 and 2 esdras baruch ect. any ideas where I can find them at....also I want to find and download the original england translation 1066 Bible in its standard form ( without any of it missing or altered) and the Bishop Bible of 1568 too unaltered and unadulterated. speedjunky@windstream.net

after downloading the exe double click on it follow the instructions once that installed restart e-Sword look for and press the Tab that reads KJVA once done do this press F2 look for the books you want take note to Josh's post to where susanna is as for jasher unless there is another name or it I don't see it

Hello sir,

In this e-Sword module, 2 Esdras 1:1-2 aren't typed correctly. You have 2 Esdras 1:1 typed like this:

 

2 Esdras 1:1  The second book of the prophet Esdras, the son of Saraias, the son of Azarias, the son of Helchias, the son of Sadamias, the sou of Sadoc, the son of Achitob,

Instead of "the sou of Sadoc", it is supposed to be "the son of Sadoc".

Also, you have verse two typed like this:

2 Esdras 1:2  The son of Achias, the son of Phinees, the son of Heli, the son of Amarias, the son of Aziei, the son of Marimoth, the son of And he spake unto the of Borith, the son of Abisei, the son of Phinees, the son of Eleazar,

This is how it should read:

"The son of Achias, the son of Phinees, the son of Heli, the son of Amarias, the son of Aziel, the son of Marimoth, the son of Arna, the son of Ozias, the son of Borith, the son of Abisel, the son of Phinees, the son of Eleazar,"

Also, in Tobit 8:7, "lush" is supposed to be "lust".

Just to compaire it to the 1611 Apocrypha  -

. Why don't you just get the one off the Offical King James site, and use their pure cambrige version. ?

Looks like you have the pure cambrige version .

The 1611 orginal, without alteration says
 

1Thus saith the Lord, I brought this people out of bondage, and I gaue them my Commaundements by my seruants the prophets, whom they would not heare, but despised my counsailes.
