This would be asking a lot I guess, but, the entire printed work, needs to be scanned at high resolution. And then digitized with a software that can applie the appropriate font formats. As there is no digital version which has accomplished this to date. Nor a version devoid of typos.
I uploaded this years ago. Hope someone finds it helpful The Companion bible. This file has the missing page 549 from most other files on the internet and page bookmarks.
