Hebrew Study Bible
Interlinear Hebrew Old Testament with Strong's numbers and transliteration

The text is the Westminster Leningrad Codex with vowels and cantillation signs, keyed to Strong's numbers, with interlinear and transliteration.

This is the same database available at http://interlinearbible.org/.
The database was kindly provided by John Isett from http://biblos.com/.

Brackets [ ] signify Ketiv (written).
Parentheses ( ) signify Qere (read).

I suggest using 'SBL Hebrew' font.

Note:
There is a similar module for theWord named 'HiSB' with great features, like toggling the display of Strong's numbers, transliteration, interlinear and ketiv, available at http://www.theword.n...dules&l=english

HSB: Text + Interlinear + Strongs + Transliteration
HSB2: Text + Interlinear + Strongs
HSB3: Text + Strongs
HSB4: Only Text
HSB5: Text + Interlinear + Transliteration

Added a conversion of HSB5 - HSB5(bbli type) for e-Sword 11.00 onwards. If you have the HSB5 remember to delete it.

This is a great bible, but looks terrible in e-Sword 11 (11.06).

The Hebrew letters are small and the transliteration/translation is huge

Is there any plans to fix it?

Thanks, John

Thank you for such dedication to the work!  I'm sure I'll learn a lot through being able to use this version.

Greetings. It seems that some of the Hebrew font in E-Sword version 11 are jumbled when accessing HSB. Can anyone confirm and would you recommend downgrading to version 10? I'm using "Crossover" to execute my E-Sword on my Mac. Thanks.

Would not work on e-Sword X.

Excellent!

Would love to see a NT version of this!  My fav module so far.

I have tried multiple of times to download this and it never works. I don/t understand since I have scores of mpdules I've downloaed without a problem.

I just downloaded the .zip files without a problem. I assume you meant you could not download?

Jon

I do love this.  HSB & HSB5 especially helpful to a new Hebrew reader.

If I could just be a tiny bit picky.... if the Hebrew could be bigger and Strong's # smaller?  I like to access the Strongs at times but I really don't even need to be able to see it very well to click on it.  Hebrew appears to be smaller than the other items.  Actually Hebrew I would not mind if it were bigger than the rest.

I know, that's picky.  I'm sure technically it would be difficult, just thought I'd put it out there if it ever seems possible/plausible.  I know you can't please everybody... almost feel sorry for bringing it up.  (Almost!)

Blessings!
