A Windows PC tool for making e-Sword modules.

Tooltip Tool documentation: e-Sword ToolTip Tool NT

NOTE when building a .bblx file.
What you need to do on the last line of text is put an enter for a new line, then put a space on the next blank line and enter for a new line. So it would look like
Rev 22:21 text goes here then [press enter key]

[space here][press enter key]

If you don't do this then the last line in your Bible will be missing. There isn't a problem with .bbli files.

Thank you so much BH. This will save me a lot of tedious work loading Hebrew words from the HOT-WLC+.bblx into a database that I'm using to build my Heb-En Lexicon. I used "Modules\Bible\Read Bible File book" to open the whole bblx file in about a minute. Then I saved it to an rtf file in an instant. I also plan to put the MSTC Bible on my phone at well with this same conversion tool.

Español:

Excelente programa.

Agradecería si implementan eso...

Gracias de antemano. :)

English:

Excellent software.
There is just a bug. The created module doesn’t allow me to search in the e-Sword a word with diacritical mark (´) (written accent)…
Currently, when I search for a word with a diacritical mark in a Bible version created with the ToolTip Tool, it just doesn’t throw any results... :(
I would appreciate you to implement that...
Thanks in advance. :)

thank you for the update This update works fine and fixed the problem I inquired, until I tried to save long lines of comments When it’s more than roughly more than 200 lines, it reports a similar error that I had beofre this update Sorry for the whining on the great work of yours Hope you can fix it on the next update

Again - without concrete examples, it is hard to fix.  And still be sure you end your document with a paragraph character - as a work around.

Above link is a part of the file I wish to convert.

I would be grateful if you could tell me what adjustment I should make.

Are you attempting to make a CMTX or CMTI file?

in above case, cmti
but it reports the same error with cmtx, too

Again, you are not reporting the error you receive.  I added the #define variables for a CMTX and it built into a CMTX file just fine.

One thing to be sure doing if you are going to build a CMTI file is in Settings, change the HtmlRefs setting to 3.  If it is set to 2, it might finish before the new year - maybe.   Just and FYI on the difference, is at setting 2, T4 runs the scripture verse search routine for EVERY HTML tag and 3 (or 1) runs it for every entry.  The latter will be much faster for a document such as Korean because the Korean text produces a lot more HTML tags in T4.

Also - this conversation would probably be better handled in the Forums rather on the module document page.
