Every time i download this. It doesn't show up on my e-sword. So I deleted the file.
Is this public domain?
Does the .refi file work on e-Sword v12 & v13? If so, is it a direct replacement for the .topx file, or does it show up somewhere different from .topx files?

To answer your first question: .refi files work perfectly on e-Sword v12 & v13 (as well as v11) for Windows.
To answer your second question: well, that depends on where you place your .topx files. As we you probably know, when a .topx file is placed in the same folder with the e-Sword program file, then it shows us in your reference library. In that case, the answer is yes, the .refi could be a replacement for the .topx file. If you mean .topx files in the e-Sword folder in your Documents folder, which show up in your notes editor rather than in the reference library, then the answer is no, .refi files can't be used there, as far as I know.
